Okay, so I have to share this!
Esther is my favorite book of the Tanakh (Old Testament) I have read it and studied it many times. I feel like the Ruach ha Qodesh is always showing me something new.
Tonight I felt led to this verse because I had an inspirational doodle in mind for my journal and BAM! it hits me!
Queen Esther fasted for 3 days. No food No water for 3 days. She spent in union with YaHUaH through prayer. Effectively dying to the flesh and praying in the ruach.
Yahusha was in the grave for 3 days before rising from it.
Why is this important to this scripture?
Well before Mashiak Yahusha came, only the chosen of the priestly line were permitted to go behind the veil/curtain of the Holy of holies to approach the Throne of YaHUaH. Thus they had to be 'summoned by the King'
If any other than the summoned of the Priestly line of Leui went before the Mercy Seat (the Arc of the Covenant, also referred to as the earthly Throne of YaHUaH) would be killed.
In Esther's day, it was death to go before the King of Persia unsummoned, even if you were his Queen.
See the connection yet?
Well after the 3rd day, Esther rose from her fasting/praying. cleansed herself and dressed in royal robes and WENT BEFORE THE KING UN-SUMMONED. Even if it meant death. But she boldly went before the throne to be met with the Kings Grace, and she was able to make her petition freely.
After Yahusha Mashiak rose from the grave, he conquered death, and tore the veil that separated us from the Set Apart Place and the Throne of YaHUaH. He became our intercessor, giving us the Royal Attire to wear, and we can boldly approach the King un-summoned and receive Grace when we take our petitions to him.
DO YOU SEE THE CONNECTION NOW!!???
I love Abba YaHUaH so much! He is so amazing!
Baruch HaShem YaHUaH! (Blessed be the Name of YaHUaH)
The [cwhy/Yahusha's Love,
